UK Delivery

At HSW diamond tools we understand you need your order quickly to get the job done, that is why we only use premium trusted couriers Royal Mail, DHL and FedEx to ensure your order arrives quickly, you will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email.

We offer Free Next Working Day delivery as standard to UK orders over £150 (Inc. VAT). 

Standard Delivery

Our standard courier is Royal Mail. This are normally a 2-4 working day service. Delivery is free for all orders over £30 (Inc. VAT), with a nominal £2 charge for orders below £30.

Next Working Day Delivery

Our next working day courier is normally Royal Mail 24, while this may change to DHL for large items.
Our standard cut off point is 12:30pm Monday, and 2pm Tuesday - Friday. (Orders after this may still be dispatched the same day depending on collection times)

Next working day delivery is free on all orders over £150 (Inc. VAT).

Guaranteed Next Day Services 

We are able to send orders via guaranteed next day services, such as Royal Mail 1pm or 9am. Please get in touch with us to discuss the cost of this. A quote will be given based on the packed size and quiet of the order.

EU Delivery

We deliver to over 65 countries throughout Europe, North and South America, Africa, Asia, and Oceania via either Royal Mail, DHL express or FedEx depending on the chosen service. If we do not has a standard rate for your country please get in touch for a quote.

We offer free European delivery on orders over £600.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery is via Royal Mail International Tracked, this is normally a 5-7 day service for most parts of Europe, however due to customs facilities in each country may take up to 30 days.

Delivery cost is dependant on the weight of the order. We offer free European delivery on orders over £600.

Express Delivery

We use two couriers for our express delivery which is either DHL Express or FedEx depending on the location and item size. This service is normally 2-3 days for most parts of Europe.

Import Charges

HSW Diamond Tools are registered to charge VAT within the UK. We do no charge it on international order. Import VAT and duty may be due on the arrival of the order within your own country, this will depend on the order value and laws within the importing country. It is the purchasers responsibility to check these prior to ordering.

Worldwide Delivery

Dispatch & Collections
At HSW Diamond Tools our priority is getting your order to you as quickly as possible. We aim to pack your order within 30 minutes of your order, and hand it over to the courier soon after. We understand that time is money and the most important thing is getting that new tool to your job site.

Dispatch Times & Collections

We dispatch orders Monday-Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.
Our standard cut off times for same day dispatch is 2pm, however will still pack orders throughout the day. If you need an item urgently give us a call and will do our utmost to assist and dispatch as long as it is within the below times. (Due to the Royal Mail delivery depot closing for the day)

Collections

Collections are available with prior arrangement in Inverness either in person or we can pack your order if you would prefer your own courier, we require 2 hours notice for collections
